Sounders fans know that no transfer is complete until pen hits paper. Who could forget the transfer sagas of Derlis Gonzalez, Gregore, Hiroshi Kyotake, or Paolo Hurtado? You are forgiven if you do not recall those names, because none of those players became Seattle Sounders.

But a new transfer saga is underway starring 22-year-old Argentine attacker Pedro de la Vega, who could join the squad from Argentina's Lanús as a Young Designated Player, occupying the slot opened by the departure of Nicolás Lodeiro.

While you can certainly find a healthy dose of highlight videos showcasing his nifty moves, balance, and goalscoring, I tried to glean more insight by watching a few of his most recent club matches.
