Seattle Reign traveled to Bridgeview, Il., on Saturday afternoon for a chilly match against the Chicago Red Stars. The Reign attempted a second-half comeback effort thanks to a Ji So-yun strike, but their defense faltered and gave up the game-winning goal in the 68th minute.

SeatGeek Stadium has been a challenge for the Reign (1-1-0), who are now 3-9-2 all-time on the road against the Red Stars (2-0-0).
The Reign have another road match next week. They kick off against the San Diego Wave (0-1-0) at 7 PM PT on Friday, March 29.

Quotes
On not being able to start on the front foot: "I think it was us, totally us. We were reactive and it was windy and conditions weren't great, but it was the same for both teams. We had the wind in the first half and we just couldn't deal with them trying to go long on the ball hanging off and we let things bounce when we didn't need to, but I'm not taking anything away from Chicago. When we wanted to get into the game, we did."
