The Seattle Sounders traveled north for a midweek match with their Cascadia rivals, the Vancouver Whitecaps. They scored three, held another clean sheet, and returned home with three more points. It’s all pretty matter-of-fact these days.
The band-of-three were everywhere in this one. Georgi Minoungou started and scored his first MLS goal via a hip-check. Paul Rothrock won a penalty (which Albert Rusnák converted) and scored the third.
