The Seattle Sounders are playing their first preseason game of 2025 against Puskás Akademia, one of the top teams in Hungary. As we post this, the game is at halftime and the Sounders lead 2-0 on goals by Pedro de la Vega and Jordan Morris. João Paulo and de la Vega had the assists.
The starting lineup seemed to be a 3-4-2-1 with Stefan Frei; Yeimar Gomez-Andrade, Stuart Hawkins, Nouhou; Kalani Kossa-Rienzi, Danny Leyva, João Paulo, Paul Arriola; Pedro de la Vega, Sebastian Gomez; Jordan Morris.
