The Seattle Sounders slipped up (literally) in St. Louis and it cost them a chance at points. Following a midweek loss in Mexico and a fresh batch of long-term injuries, Seattle fielded a rotated lineup that struggled to create dangerous chances. As such, one free kick goal from Eduard Löwen was all it took for the home side to notch a win.
